Cardiac Coherence is the Way to High Energy.

“Doctor, I don’t have any energy!”

In my medical practice, I heard this complaint from thousands of patients. Energy deficiency is a symptom that can be attributed to many different causes, including various acute and chronic physical or mental conditions such as depression, chronic anxiety and stress related disorders.

Often times, I saw that energy depletion had very little to do with a medical condition. Chronic fatigue was more often linked to painful relationships. People were being energy depleted from circumstances either at home with a spouse, a child or a parent, or at work with a coworker or an employer. Lack of energy, at other times, was caused by a lack of passion in the patient’s life, a lack of drive or purposefulness.

Fatigue, the modern plague, is only temporarily and partially relieved by medicine, which is more effective at treating acute problems like infections or surgical conditions. It has become more and more evident that medical science has very little effective long-term solutions for chronic energy depletion. Even “natural” medicine has its limitations in this area.


Personal Energy Management

Personal energy management is simple but not always easy. It consists of two phases: revitalization and deficiency avoidance. Things that drive and motivate you, and things that drain and drag you down are what need to be identified in order to effect change.

Energy leaks are preventable most of the time. You do not need to go through life exhausted, stressed out or depressed. Effective Personal Energy Management stops energy waste and saves energy for people and activities that you really enjoy.


Seven Levels of Personal Energy

The human energy structure is made up of seven different types of energy. Every activity uses a different aspect of our energy pool. Becoming aware of the level of energy activated in every situation is the key to better personal energy management. We need to understand situational energy and learn how to consciously direct it to create and maintain harmony for our own benefit and for the benefit of those around us.

One needs to love and respect the body and give it what it needs to function optimally. Knowing what to do or what to avoid in order to replenish our energy, is often not enough. Knowledge of the right foods and right exercises is often not a strong enough stimulus to entice us to engage in energy-providing activities. Most of us need an extra factor to make us excited about helping ourselves. This indispensable extra factor is self-love. Only after the ability to access the power of self-love is learned and established is personal energy management possible.

In order to shift from an energy depletion mode to a cycle of abundance, one needs to tap into the power of self-love.

Heart-Smiling

Heart-Smiling Training

Though very simple, the practice of Heart-Smiling does not always come easily. Like any technique, a training process is mandatory. Heart-Smiling Training includes practicing the Heart-Smiling Technique on four levels:

Level 1: alone in a calm situation

Level 2: alone in a difficult situation

Level 3: in the presence of another person, in a calm situation

Level 4: in the presence of another person, in conflicting situation
